Culture and Cocktails: A Toast to Mexican Independence Day

Friday, September 16, 2016

5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Tickets are FREE!

RSVP here.

Join The Mexican Museum on September 16 as we celebrate Mexican Independence Day and kick-off Hispanic Heritage Month. Enjoy free drinks and light appetizers while enjoying all the art and culture The Mexican Museum has to offer. The event is co-sponsored by Tommy's Margarita Mix and Casa Sanchez SF.

Sip on a cocktail while mingling with friends and enjoying the contemporary art on display in our galleries! What better way to celebrate "El Grito" than to view and discuss Latino art that raises critical questions about ethnicity, identity, art and politics? It's also a perfect stop for refreshments before or after you check out the vendors at Off the Grid in Fort Mason (5-10pm).

The Mexican Museum is located at the Fort Mason Center, Building D, Marina Boulevard and Buchanan Street, in San Francisco. For further information, please contact Sheri Beavers: (415) 202-9700 ext. 228.
